Today, I took a ride on my bicycle to celebrate Spring, life and my love for Nature. While sitting half-way for a coffee by the sea, I felt my white heart chakra (now 5D activated) emanating strings of light towards all things/beings around me. This was a brief, yet fulfilling experience that wrapped me in a sense of Oneness. That moment I felt whole with the Whole. I am sharing it here because I truly believe that my (beautiful, meaningful) experiences are also yours, as we are all connected and part of the Whole. Happy Equinox to all!

This was a practice I’ve done (and still refresh) by Diana Cooper to activate and anchor our 12 chakras (heart chakra included) into 5D. Its done with visualization and the help of the Archangels. Must write about it one of these days… 🌼 Take care 🌼
