This vegan recipe is extremely healthy and easy to prepare. Goes well with summer salads/dishes, as well as with toasts and crackers. It’s just a question of using your imagination.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup raw cashew kernels*, 1 cup water, 3 TBS apple cider vinegar*, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp dried ginger* (powder), 1/2 tsp xanthan gum, 1 pinch of curry* powder (optional).
Blend all ingredients in food processor for 1-3 minutes until homogeneous and smooth. That’s all! Store in glass mason jar in the fridge. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy in consciousness knowing you are adding goodness to your life and our world.
