Spirit knows you

Spirit is always aware of you. The question is, are you constantly aware of Spirit? And that Spirit is aware of you? Are you connecting via awareness to that which is part of you and that you are part of? The communion happens within; it’s an inside job. No one can do it for you or take it away from you either. Divine togetherness is your innermost forever reality. It’s naturally built-in, no matter if you are expressing yourself in the physical reality or simply “being” beyond space and time. Spirit knows you and knows what you are experiencing at every moment. Your part, as you practically experience life in a body, is to be aware of Spirit as Spirit is aware of you, for, in your awareness, you enable Spirit’s energy in your experience. Cultivating awareness of Spirit automatically keeps the divine communion alive and the Spirit’s energy running into your life. And that makes all the difference, for you find yourself truly living in supreme presence and under divine grace. Enhancing awareness of Spirit can be as simple as keeping Spirit in your thoughts and feelings throughout the day. That is enough to keep Spirit alive in you. Any form of divine remembrance renders you Spirit’s light, love, peace, wisdom, bliss, and all that is good in life. And nothing can be more comforting, supportive, and uplifting for your human life experience.

  1. Sometimes I do; other times, I prefer more “neutral” terms, such as Spirit or Source. Ultimately, these are merely words defining the One all souls remember, for they are part of it… Divine blessings to you, Ian💫

  2. It surely is. Many “spiritual” experiences do not happen in the churches ou during meditation, it happen in situations where the sacred without calls the sacred within. Nature or exercises (which imply a deeper breathing and circulation of chi in the body and, therefore, release of tensions and blocks) are good examples of this. Relaxation is key. Feeling spiritual is not something special, it’s natural, for it’s who you are beyond what you were taught you should be. Thank you, Madison, for your kind words and precious input here. Much appreciated. Sending you lots of light and blessings 🙏💫

  3. Your writings are deep and beautiful. I’ll be honest I don’t really feel spiritual as I understand people mean it. I go to church and stuff but it doesn’t feel like I have any connection. I do feel there is something there at times such as looking at beautiful scenery or sometimes when I’m running, but I’m not really sure that’s actually what people mean by spirit.

  4. As Ram Das said once, “We are all just walking each other home”. Reminders are never too much. Also because distractions are a lot. Keep communing and summoning your divinity, my friend, one day at a time. Light and blessings to you 💫 🙏

  5. communing with and exercising our spirit, summoning our divinity, could be the greatest gift of being human, and yet moments, days and for many of us a lifetime passes and we never touch the stuff. thank you as always for the beautiful, gentle reminder to stay in touch.
